Provided tactical leadership for 14 branches (around 350 staff)coming under the region to achieve their KPIs according to the Bank’s Corporate Plan.
Evaluating and approving Credit Proposals within the DA assigned and recommending facilities for the approval of the higher authority.
Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports and legal actions.
Managing all staff recruitment, promotions, and resignations and evaluating and fulfilling training needs of the region with assistance from the central HRM Department.
Monitoring of branch performance monthly and recovery action for the non-performing portfolio of the region.
Initial investigation into complaints received on any unusual / wrong occurrence in the branches.
Carrying out Mid-year and annual reviews of Branch / Regional Office staff.
